Sena Plastics AG

Sena Plastics AG is a Swiss family company specialised in the manufacturing of butterfly valves in a variety of synthetic materials. Sena Plastics AG was formerly known as Ditzler AG and Angenstein AG.

The butterfly valves are used in process handling of low pressure (< 0,5 bar) toxic gases, where metal valves are not suitable for reasons of corrosion resistance. The valves, available in a wide variety of forms, sizes and options, are manufactured in accordance with the requirements and specifications of the client.

Sena Plastics also manufactures tanks and reactor vessels in steel or glass fibre reinforced with PVDF, E-CTFE, FEP and PFA. Storage tanks for chemicals can be made inert with a nitrogen atmosphere controlled by a pressure regulator type 4600.

For the manufacture of plastic parts, different types of polymers are used according to the customer specification: PE, PP, PVDF, E-CTFE, PFA and PTFE, or stainless steel.
